MrDryShooter – Privacy Policy

MrDryShooter 1.0 is an offline, single-player game. It stores game progress and preferences on your device. The game has no advertising, in-app purchases, sign-in, or embedded analytics, and it does not send your gameplay data to us.

1. Information processed by the game

The game processes touch input on your device to control gameplay. It saves the following in its private app storage so you can continue playing and view your records:

These records are local to your device and are not an online leaderboard. The game does not request your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access. It does not collect advertising identifiers.

2. Network access and sharing

The current 1.0 app does not request Android internet permission and does not send game data to the developer or to advertising or analytics services. There are no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs embedded in the app. We do not sell game data or share it with third parties.

There is no app-provided account, cloud synchronisation, Google Play Games sign-in, or Firebase connection. Android, your device manufacturer, and Google Play may operate their own installation and diagnostic services under their respective settings and privacy terms. Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Storage and security

Game saves and preferences use Android's private app storage, protected by Android's application access controls. They are used to provide the game features described above. We do not operate a server that holds these game records. The current app disables Android's standard app backup through its app configuration and provides no backup or synchronisation service of its own.

4. Retention and deletion

Local game progress and preferences remain on your device until they are overwritten during normal use, you clear the app's data, or you uninstall the app. The local record list keeps up to eight score entries. Completing or discarding a saved game removes that unfinished-game save.

To remove all local app data, open Android Settings → Apps → MrDryShooter → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall MrDryShooter. Menu names may vary by device. This also removes your saved progress and settings. There is no online account to delete, and we cannot remotely retrieve or delete the game's local records.

5. Support enquiries

If you email mrdrylab@gmail.com, we receive your sender address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your enquiry. This correspondence is processed through our email provider, Google. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, address related claims, or meet applicable legal obligations. You may contact the same address to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied. Clearing or uninstalling the game does not delete correspondence you previously sent.

6. Younger users

The game's intended audience is teenagers aged 13 and above and adults. It is not specifically designed for children under 13. The offline game does not ask players for personal details or transmit their gameplay data, regardless of age. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy describes the current offline 1.0 version. If the game later adds online features, advertising, purchases, or changes how it handles data, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration as applicable. The date above identifies the latest policy update.
